KEFOFA Statement On CHAN 2024: Tusi Chome Game

NAIROBI, Kenya- Kenya Football Fans Federation (KEFOFA) has called on all peace-loving football fans to uphold the highest standards of conduct, unity, and patriotism during the ongoing African Nations Championship (CHAN) being staged in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Under the slogan Tusi Chome Game, Kefofa seeks to sensitise the passuionate Kenyan fans who have been thronging Moi International Sports Center Kasarani to watch national team Harambee Stars do their thing at the high level continental football showpiece.

“Thisis more than a slogan — it’s a national promise: to protect the game, the vibe, and the legacy we are building together,” Kefofa said.

“Remember: Ticket Yako, Kibali Chako — your ticket is your pass. Safeguard it, use it responsibly, and let it be your symbol of pride and respect for the game,” Kefofa said.

The national football fans umbrella has urged spectators to:

-Strictly follow CAF Safety Rules and Regulations
-Respect stadium protocols, security personnel, and fellow supporters
-Celebrate responsibly — with song, dance, and cheer
-Report any misconduct that undermines the spirit of the tournament

“This is our moment. Let’s show Africa and the world that Kenyan fans are not only passionate, but also disciplined, united, and proud hosts.
“As Kefofa, will continue working with CAF, FKF, and the LOC to ensure CHAN 2024 is successful,” the fans body stated.
