Gor Mahia Patron Hon. Eliud Owalo Leads Management In High Profile Meeting With German Subsidiary ONEflow Sports

NAIROBI, Kenya- More and more openings are coming up for 22 times Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia FC ahead of their return to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League in coming months.

On Thursday evening, club Patron Hon. Eliud Owalo led the team management in a high a profile meeting with ONEflow Sports, a subsidiary of logistics conglomerate ONEflow GmbH of Stuttgart, Germany.

“We explored possible areas of collaboration and partnerships. We are hopeful for better and bigger things for the club in coming days,” Owalo told Standard Sports.

The ONEflow team included Director of ONEflow Sports, Jesper Larsen; Head of Academy ONEflow Sports Berni Petersen; Head coach, Miguel de Souza and Ben Leed, Director for the East African Region.

The Gor Mahia Management was led by Chairman Ambrose Rachier; Secretary General Nick Arrum and Treasurer Gerphas Okuku.

“Strategic partnerships are imperative ahead of the CAF Champions League,” Oawlo added.

On June 5, Owalo led the club in renewing a three year sponsorship deal with Plascon Kenya worth Sh30 Million, ahead of the club’s return to continetal football showdown.

The club was also rewarded with Sh1 Million bonus for their league triumph and an adittional Sh 1.5 Million to help with their CAF Champions League preparations and campaign.
