Safari Sevens 2024: All Roads Lead To Machakos This Weekend As Entertainment Line-up Is Unveiled
MACHAKOS, Kenya- Machakos Town is set to come alive this weekend as it hosts the first-ever Safari Sevens Rugby Tournament outside Nairobi! From October 11th to 13th, the Kenyatta Stadium will be the epicenter of Kenya’s premier rugby competition.
This exciting invitational tournament will feature our national teams, the Shujaas and Lionesses, alongside teams drawn from Uganda, Qatar, Zimbabwe, and UK-based teams like Shogun and Lions among others.
Following the exhilarating matches, the celebrations will proceed with after-parties that feature an array of captivating performances. The night will showcase acts by the renowned Kenyan afro-pop duo, Vijana Baru Baru, the local sensation from Machakos, Miama, and a selection of prominent DJs, including DJ Grauchi, Mish DJ, Daq Child, and DJ JR.
